%X La histiocitosis de c¨¦lulas de Langerhans (HCL) en cualquiera de sus formas cl¨ªnicas de presentaci¨®n, puede tener dentro de sus manifestaciones un s¨ªndrome ad¨¦nico, pero en ocasiones el ganglio linf¨¢tico puede ser el ¨²nico sitio de asiento de la enfermedad. Se muestran en este art¨ªculo las caracter¨ªsticas histopatol¨®gicas de la HCL en el ganglio linf¨¢tico. Se estudiaron 7 pacientes: 2 clasificados con enfermedad de Letterer-Siwe y 5 tuvieron como ¨²nica manifestaci¨®n de esta enfermedad la toma ganglionar. Se describen las caracter¨ªsticas morfol¨®gicas que adopta la HCL en el ganglio linf¨¢tico, el diagn¨®stico diferencial con otras entidades y la evoluci¨®n cl¨ªnica de estos pacientes. Langerhans cell histiocytosis in any of its clinical forms of presentation may have, among its manifestations, an adenic syndrome, but occasionally the lymph node is the only site of the disease. This article presents the histopathological characteristics of Langerhans cell histocytosis in the lymph node. Seven patients were studied: 2 diagnosed with Letterer-Siwe disease and 5 had lymph node occupation as the only manifestation. It also describes the morphological characteristics of Langerhans cell histiocytosis in the lymph node, the differential diagnosis in relation to other entities and the clinical development of these patients.
