%X Se presentan los resultados de un estudio realizado en 12 pacientes integrantes de una familia de la raza blanca. Se diagnosticaron 5 con distrofia de Reis-B¨¹cklers. El defecto refractivo que predomin¨® fue el astigmatismo. Se obtuvo un patr¨®n de herencia autos¨®mico dominante en la familia en estudio. The results of the study performed in 12 patients from a Caucasian family are presented. Five were diagnosed with Reis-B¨¹cKler dystrophy. The predominant refractory defect was astigmatism. A dominant autosomal hereditary pattern was obtained in the studied family.
