%X The different methods of mentha extraction, such as steam distillation, extraction by methylene chloride (Soxhlet extraction) and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) by carbon dioxide (CO J were investigated. SFE by CO, was performed at pressure of 100 bar and temperature of40¡ãC. The extraction yield, as well as qualitative and quantitative composition of obtained extracts, determined by GC-MS method, were compared.
