Leadership produces ¡°group performance¡±. The relative degree of the quality of the leadership demonstrated will result in a commensurate level of organizational performance. To that end, therefore, great leadership produces outstanding resultsA vision is characteristically defined as a desired future state or picture of what the leader¡¯s team or organization could become in some future timeframe. A vision is different from a mission statement. Mission is about what the organization/team does, how it performs it work, to whom or for whom it does its work, and it represents the present function of the organization/team.
