%X In this paper by the literature review we interpreted changes in societyand other changing conditions that have contributed to the emergenceof user-driven innovation and a ¡®design thinking¡¯ approach. Thetwo areas are very similar in practice, so we suggest combining theminto a construct. The construct is a pioneer contribution to the developmentof science in the field of user-driven innovation and the designthinking approach.
