%T Abordaje homeop¨¢tico de diferentes afecciones en atenci¨®n primaria de salud

%X Se realiza un estudio preliminar entre enero y agosto de 1995, de los pacientes atendidos mediante la terap¨¦utica homeop¨¢tica en un consultorio del m¨¦dico de la familia del Policl¨ªnico "Manuel Fajardo". Se clasifican las enfermedades en agudas y cr¨®nicas y se les administra el medicamento homeop¨¢tico en dosis individuales por v¨ªa oral. Se encontr¨® que de 220 casos tratados, 110 eran agudos y de ellos 106 (96,3 %) curaron. De los 110 casos de enfermedades cr¨®nicas, 75 (65,18 %) mejoraron. En total, 136 casos (61,8 %) curaron, 79 casos (33,7 %) mejoraron y 5 casos (4,5 %) se mantuvieron iguales, con predominio del sexo femenino con 153 casos (69,5 %) en nuestro estudio. No se presentaron efectos adversos y el aspecto costo-beneficio est¨¢ a favor de la terap¨¦utica. A preliminary study of the patients treated by homeopathic therapeutics at a family physician's office of the "Manuel Fajardo" Polyclinic between January and August, 1995 was conducted. The diseases were classified into acute and chronic and the homeopathic drug was administered in individual doses via oral. Of the 220 patients treated, 110 were considered as acute and 106 (96.3 %) of them were cured. Among the 110 cases of chronic diseases, 75 (65.18 %) got better. In all, 136 cases (61.8 %) were cured, 79 (33.7 %) improved and 5 remained in the same situation. It was observed a predominance of the female sex with 153 cases (69.5 %). There were no secondary effects. The cost-benefit aspect is in favor of the therapeutics
