%X Se realiz車 un estudio de casos y controles para determinar la influencia del riesgo preconcepcional en las caracter赤sticas del parto y del reci谷n nacido y determinar la evoluci車n del desarrollo psicomotor, dentario, 車seo y pondoestatural en los infantes menores de 1 a o, en 35 consultorios del m谷dico de la familia pertenecientes al Policl赤nico Comunitario Docente "Tula Aguilera" del Municipio de Camag邦ey. Los resultados m芍s relevantes fueron que casi la cuarta parte del grupo de estudio (26,47 %) present車 distocias en el parto, adem芍s fueron m芍s frecuentes las alteraciones del desarrollo 車seo y la evaluaci車n nutricional deficiente a la captaci車n. Un 64,70 % de los ni os con evoluci車n desfavorable al a o de vida fue determinado por la desnutrici車n materna III-IV. A case-control study was conducted to determine the influence of the preconceptional risk on the characteristics of delivery and of the newborn, and to find out the evolution of the psychomotor, dental, bone, and pondostatural development of infants under one at 35 family physicians offices of the "Tula Aguilera" Teaching Community Polyclinc, in the municipality of Camag邦ey. The most important result was that one fourth of the case-base study (26.47 %) presented dystocia, whereas the alterations of bone development and the deficient nutritional evaluation at the time of catchment were the most common findings. 64.70 % of children aged 1 had an unfavorable evolution due to maternal malnutririon III-IV.
