In case of the rock massive we observe that the deformation caused the mining activity is delayed, what is caused by gradual dieing out of its inner stress (retardation of the rock massive). Prognosis of the influence of mining activity on the surface and its further influence for later exploatation of the mineral deposit, ecosystem, and urban activities is the main aim of the proposed project. The project aims to describe using the model of the exploated mineral deposit important factors influencing by the course of subsidence, slides and other geologic phenomena appearing during the extraction. The project aims to observe these changes (monitoring of deformations in the place of interest using geodetic and geophysical methods), to analyse, evaluate and predict their further development using Geographic information systems (GIS). %K mining activity %K geographic information systems %K monitoring %K analysis %K prediction %U http://actamont.tuke.sk/pdf/2007/s3/52paucoblistan.pdf
