%X Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 22 a os adicta a la coca赤na desde la adolescencia, la cual present車 su primer embarazo y parto hace 3 a os, y en el que se obtuvo un reci谷n nacido bajo peso de 2 350 g producto de una ces芍rea con sufrimiento fetal agudo. Durante su gestaci車n mostr車 rechazo al producto de la concepci車n, y despu谷s de ocurrido el parto mostr車 cierto inter谷s por su hijo durante los primeros d赤as del puerperio, pero posteriormente este fue rechazado totalmente por ella y comenz車 a dejarlo con vecinos y amistades para poder consumir. Se han realizado varios intentos de desintoxicaci車n, pero la paciente los ha rechazado, manifestando que si lo hace "deja de ser ella". Tuvo un intento suicida. Se logr車 insertarla en un centro de trabajo, pero tuvo nuevamente la reca赤da en la que se encuentra en estos momentos, con deterioro de su persona y calidad de vida. El ni o se ha mantenido una gran parte del tiempo con vecinos y amistades y en instituciones infantiles. Tiene como caracter赤sticas ser muy intranquilo, presentar tartamudez y enuresis diurna, no obedece las 車rdenes y tiene retardo en algunos procesos intelectuales, poca informaci車n general y tampoco logra el control muscular. En sentido general, es un ni o necesitado de afecto y aprobaci車n social. The case of a 22-year-old patient addict to cocaine since adolescence is reported. Her first pregnancy and delivery took place 3 years ago. She had a child that weighted under 2 350 g resulting from a cesarean section with acute fetal suffering. During gestation, she rejected the product of conception and after delivery she showed certain interest in her child during the first days of puerperium, but later she totally rejected the baby and began to leave him with neighbors and friends to consume cocaine.Several efforts have been made to detoxicate her, but she she has refused saying that if she does so, she no longer be herself. She attempted suicide once. She began to work, but she had another relapse with deterioration of her person and quality of life, and she has not been able to recover. The child is most of the time with neighbors and friends and in children's institutions. He is very restless, presents stammering and day enuresis, he does not obey orders and he shows retardation in some intellectual processes, he has little general information and he has no muscular control. In general, he needs affection and social approval.
