The sense and possibility of erotic freedom are reconsidered in immanent framework and with respect to broader philosophical understanding. Through immanent analysis it is shown that Bataille's erotism implies striving for unification and continuity as well as sovereignty transgression of limits, consumption and violence. Contrary to him, the author exposes some relevant ideas of P. Bruckner, A. Finkielkraut, E. Fink and H. Marcuse. By means of this confrontation it is shown that question about possibility of erotic freedom is hermeneutical open, because of the balance between arguments pro et contra. %K erotism %K freedom %K sovereignty %K transgression of limits %K continuity %K completeness %K unification %K consumption %K violence %U http://www.doiserbia.nb.rs/img/doi/0351-2274/2009/0351-22740902081G.pdf
