Neticede Almanya ile ittifakyap lm s ve Osmanl  Devleti Almanya¡¯n n yan nda yer alm st r.//// Ottoman State, which tried to maintain it's existence by followingthe balance policy throughout the 19'th century, tried to keep upthis policy in the early 20'th century, but it failed. in the early1900's the problems both in domestic and foreign policy (Tripoli and Balkan Wars) and the oncoming first World Warhad been forcingthe Ottoman State to find a powerful ally in order to to be able tomaintain it's existence in political arena.That's why the Ottoman State, which started to search for alliancebefore the war, first turned to Entente Powers and is almost forcedbuild up an aliiance with Germany when it couldn't come to anagreement with them. Eventually, an alliance with Germany isaccomplished and the Ottoman State took it's place at the side ofGermany.
