%X The Nogai Horde, whose administrators were thedescendents of Edige who is the important emirs of the GoldenHorde, established a pre-eminent political entity in the north ofCaspian and Black Sea regions in the XVIth and XVIIth centuries.This Horde established relations with the Ottoman and RussianEmpires. In addition to this, the horde affected the Khanate ofAstrakhan and Qazan. However, Kalmuks broke this state union,and caused her people to scatter.////Alt n Orda emirlerinden olan Nogay¡¯a nispet edilen Nogay Ordas  XVI. ve XVII. y¨¹zy llarda Hazar ile Karadeniz¡¯in kuzeyinde olduk a etkin bir siyasi yap  olusturmustur. Orda, Osmanl  Devleti ve Rusya ile iliski kurdu u gibi Astrahan ve Kazan Hanl klar n  da etkilemistir. Ne var ki, Mo ol as ll  Kalmuklar bu devletin birli ini y km slar ve halk n n da  lmas na yol a m slard r.
