%X It's known that the report ¡°Kan n-name-i sultani li- Az z Efendi¡± which was written by Aziz Efendi in 1630 has been exist as only one edition in Berlin Staatsbibliothek, Preussischer Kulturbesitz, Orientabteilung (Berlin National Library s East Section) Nr. 227, Ms. or. quart 1209, Teil 11 (section). In his report Aziz Efendi mainly mentions about breaking down of Janissary and kap kulu soldiers (Otoman Army), regulations of viziership position, the healings of Kurdish sirs, forged seyyids and making soldiers paying taxes; and Aziz Efendi criticizes those problems and advises about them. Aziz Efendi calls the attention to the illegal behaviours in the military service such as taking soldiers illegally to the army, bribe and favouritism in the military staff and soldiers  to be busy with things except of their main business and etc... According to him taking soldiers to the military as against the law and feeding those increasing numbers of soldiers has caused great economical troubles in the government and its budget.
