%X The authors present the final results of the spine deformation examination in schoolchildren in the Municipality of Bojnik. The material is based upon 1.363 children examined at the clinic, of 7 to 18 years of age. The radiological test in the suspicious cases has revealed 59 schoolchildren or 4,32% with the scoliotic posture. In 0,58% of the children there are structural changes in the form of the idiopathic scoliosis with an angle greater than 20 as measured by the Coob's. Kyphosis is discovered in 0,80%.
