%X Inthisstudywill be analyzethat how theLebaneseCivilWardeeplyeffectworldpolitics, in whichwaytheRafik al-Hariri assassinationshiftedthebalance of power in theMiddle East, what has changed in Syrianpolitics on Lebanonandviewpoint of the USA and France toSyria.Inthisregard, the role of domesticfactor in Lebaneseforeignpolicy, theLebaneseCivilWar, the al-Hariri assassinationand USA, Europe andtheMiddle Eastcenteredfactswhich be linkedwiththisassassination is dealwith. The main aim of thisstudy is todeterminegenerallytheeffects of the al-Hariri assassination in publicopinionand in theMiddle East regionandtoattractattentionthethreatsthat can shakeLebanon, SyriaandalltheMiddle East in future, in theextent of thereasonsandconsequences of thecivilwar.
