Bu yetkisine de sonuna kadar sahip   km s, gerekti indesert tepkiler g stermistir.T¨¹rkiye B¨¹y¨¹k Millet Meclisi Gizli CelseZab tlar  tarand    zaman bu konuda pek  ok  rnek bulmakm¨¹mk¨¹nd¨¹r. Birinci T¨¹rkiye B¨¹y¨¹k Millet Meclisi¡¯nin bu  zelliklerive  al sma sistemi ile bug¨¹nk¨¹ T¨¹rkiye B¨¹y¨¹k Millet Meclisi¡¯ninsahip oldu u  zelikler ve  al sma sistemi mukayese edildi i zaman,demokrasimizin seksen y ll k uygulama sonunda ne kadargelisebildi i hakk nda fikir sahibi olmak m¨¹mk¨¹n olacakt r.//// A new term started in the Turkish Democracy history withthe opening of Grand National Assembly of Turkey in 23 April1920. The First Grand National Assembly of Turkey is the animportant part of this term with the authorities it has and theworking system. Grand National Assembly of Turkey had been thepartner of executive by bringing an ¡°Assembly Government¡± model with the 1921 Constitution. Grand National Assembly of Turkeyhad this authority to the last and in case of necessity showed thesharp reactions. When the closed session records of GrandNational Assembly of Turkey were scanned, it is possible to find alot of examples on this subject. When the characteristics and theworking system of the first Grand National Assembly of Turkeywere compared to current the characteristics and the workingsystem of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, it is possible tohave an idea on how much the democracy developed at the end ofeighty years¡¯ practice.
