%X Se present車 el caso de una mujer de 20 a os de edad que padec赤a lesiones de dermatitis perioral de varios meses de evoluci車n y hab赤a utilizado una variada gama de medicamentos t車picos sin mejor赤a. Se comprob車, por prueba de parche, la sensibilizaci車n a medicamentos anticonceptivos orales que utilizaba diariamente desde igual per赤odo de aparici車n del cuadro dermatol車gico. Se corrobor車 el diagn車stico por estudio anatomopatol車gico de la biopsia de piel. The case of a 20-year old woman suffering from perioral dermatitis injuries of some months of evolution is presented. She had used a varied range of topical drugs and had not attained any improvement. The sensitivity to the oral contraceptives she used daily since the dermatological picture appeared was proved by patch test. The diagnosis was confirmed by anatomopathological study of skin biopsy.
