%X Se hace una revisi車n de la t谷cnica para medir, de manera incruenta, la funci車n del endotelio vascular en la arteria braquial humana. Se revisan los principales estudios donde se ha empleado esta t谷cnica haciendo 谷nfasis en su relaci車n con la aterosclerosis de las arterias coronarias. Por 迆ltimo, se hace un recuento de sus limitaciones y posibilidades. A review of the technique is made to measure in an unbloody way, the function of the vascular endothelium in the human brachial artery. The main studies where this technique has been used are approached, making emphasis on its relationship with the arteriosclerosis of the coronary arteries. Finally, an account of its limitations and possibilities is made.
