%X Las Buenas Pr¨¢cticas Cl¨ªnicas constituyen un conjunto de requisitos armonizados internacionalmente para garantizar la protecci¨®n de los sujetos bajo investigaci¨®n y para que los datos generados posean la veracidad cient¨ªfica necesaria que le permita ser aceptada por las agencias regulatorias nacionales e internacionales. El presente trabajo fue realizado sobre la base de una encuesta elaborada para evaluar el grado de conocimientos en los aspectos de las Buenas Pr¨¢cticas Cl¨ªnicas de los especialistas del Instituto Nacional de Oncolog¨ªa y Radiobiolog¨ªa. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el grado de conocimientos en estos t¨®picos es a¨²n insuficiente a excepci¨®n de los correspondientes a los especialistas del Servicio de Quimioterapia Experimental que durante a os han llevado a cabo numerosos ensayos cl¨ªnicos y poseen amplia experiencia al respecto. Se concluy¨® que las medidas deben estar encaminadas a realizar cursos de entrenamiento en Buenas Pr¨¢cticas Cl¨ªnicas de los especialistas que participaran en los nuevos ensayos cl¨ªnicos con productos biotecnol¨®gicos fase II y III que se acometer¨¢n pr¨®ximamente en este Instituto. The Good Clinical Practices are a set of internationally harmonized requirements that guarantee the protection of those subjects under investigation and allow that the generated data have the necessary scientific veracity to be accepted by the international and national regulatory agencies. The present paper was based on a survey done to evaluate the degree of knowledge of the specialists from the National Institute of Oncology and Radiobiology about Good Clinical Practices. The results obtained showed that the degree of knowledge on this topics is still deficient, excepting that of the specialists from the Experimental Drug Therapy Service that have carried out several clinical trials for years and have a wide experience on this regard. It was concluded that the measures should be directed to conduct training courses in Good Clinical Practices for the specialists that will take part in the new clinical trials with stage II and III biotechnological products that will be made next.
