Abaseline separation of active drugs and internal standard was achieved in 12min. using BP1 (100% Dimethylpolysiloxane) capillary column. During analysis the oven temperature was programmed. Validation was carriedout in compliance with the International Conference on Harmonization guidelines. The proposed method wasvalidated for linearity, LOD, LOQ, accuracy, precision.
