%X OBJETIVO: Evaluar la calidad del llenado de un nuevo modelo para el registro de los sintom¨¢ticos respiratorios en el laboratorio del Policl¨ªnico. M¨¦TODOS: Se realiz¨® una capacitaci¨®n sobre el correcto llenado del nuevo documento de registro de los ex¨¢menes bacteriol¨®gicos del laboratorio en dos ¨¢reas de salud del municipio de Boyeros. Se midi¨® la cantidad de ac¨¢pites vac¨ªos, fuera de lugar y llenados incorrectamente en el modelo anterior y en el nuevo introducido. RESULTADOS: Con el modelo anterior se encontr¨® el 10,4 % de ac¨¢pites vac¨ªos y 5,4 % anotados fuera de su lugar. Con el nuevo documento de registro no se encontraron datos fuera de lugar ni llenados incorrectamente, y solo el 0,3 % de ac¨¢pites vac¨ªos que corresponden a la direcci¨®n del paciente. CONCLUSI¨®N: Se hace evidente la mejor¨ªa en la calidad del llenado del nuevo modelo para el registro de los sintom¨¢ticos respiratorios en el laboratorio del policl¨ªnico se hizo evidente. OBJECTIVE: : To assess the fill of a new form for registry of respiratory symptoms in the staff of the polyclinic's laboratory. METHODS: A training seminar was conducted on the proper fill of the new registry document of laboratory bacteriologic examinations in two health areas of the Boyeros municipality. The amount of empty items was measured, out of place and the inappropriate fill in the prior form and in the new one. RESULTS: With the prior form there was a 10,4% of empty items and a 5,4% registered out of place. With the new registry document were neither data out of place nor filled inappropriately and only a 0,3 % of empty items corresponding to patient's address. CONCLUSIONS: It is evident the improvement in the fill quality of the new form for registry of respiratory symptoms in the laboratory of polyclinic.
