%X La leucemia mielomonoc赤tica cr車nica (LMMC) constituye un proceso oncohematol車gico de naturaleza mixta, mieloproliferativa y mielodispl芍sica. Su forma habitual de presentaci車n es consecuencia, generalmente, de las citopenias en sangre perif谷rica (s赤ndrome an谷mico, infecciones o di芍tesis hemorr芍gica). La infiltraci車n extramedular en la LMMC frecuentemente involucra el bazo, h赤gado, piel y n車dulos linf芍ticos; sin embargo, es poco frecuente su localizaci車n en otros sitios. Se describe un paciente de 70 a os con el diagn車stico de LMMC con infiltraci車n extramedular en piel (n車dulos subcut芍neos), paladar duro y test赤culos; se comentan aspectos diagn車sticos, terap谷uticos y evolutivos. Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia is an oncohematological process of mixed, myeloproliferative and myelodisplastic nature. Its habitual form of presentation generally results from cytopenias in peripheral blood (anemic syndrome, infections or hemorrhagic diathesis). The extramedullary infiltration in the CMML frequently involves the spleen, the liver, the skin and the lymphatic nodules; however, its localization in other sites is not usual. The case of a 70-year-old patient with diagnosis of CMML and with extramedullary infiltration in the skin (subcutaneous nodules), hard palate and testicles is described. Comments on diagnostic, therapeutic and evolutive aspects are made
