Measurements are made on the Scenedesmus sp. culture. The laboratory test has shown that range of concentration from 104 up to around 1 x 106cells/mL; fluorescence intensity at ¦Ë = 685 nm; and logarithmic of transmission intensity at ¦Ë = 405 nm are proportional to the cellconcentration linear with proportional constant ¦Ã = 4 ¡Á 10-5 and ¦Â = ¨C2 ¡Á 10 -7 mL/cell respectively. %K optical probe %K optical fluorescence %K optical absorption %K phytoplankton concentration %U http://journal.ui.ac.id/index.php/technology/article/viewFile/1509/1307
