Tambi谷n se estudi車 la liberaci車n de los principios activos a partir de los complejos y de las formas terminadas que los contienen, evalu芍ndose los factores que afectan dicho proceso y las cin谷ticas a las que se ajusta. Se revisaron las combinaciones de procesos tecnol車gicos (principalmente la formaci車n de complejos i車nicos y su recubrimiento) que potencian la utilidad de los resinatos para prolongar la liberaci車n a trav谷s de mecanismos combinados de intercambio i車nico y difusi車n a trav谷s de membranas, combinaciones dirigidas a reducir las limitaciones inherentes a cada proceso por separado y conseguir un control eficaz de la liberaci車n de f芍rmacos i車nicos. The study of the ion exchange resins as systems for the prolonged release was conducted, making emphasis on the factors affecting the formation of resinates or drug-resin complexes. The release of the active principles was also studied starting from the complexes and the finished forms containing them. The factors affecting this process and the kinetics to which it is adjusted were evaluated, too.
