%X Se realiz車 una evaluaci車n econ車mica comparativa de los costos de los tratamientos quimioterap谷uticos de 3 esquemas antiulcerosos (ranitidina, omeprazol y cimetidina); as赤 como el an芍lisis costo-efectividad para determinar la combinaci車n de medicamentos que ser赤a la m芍s factible desde el punto de vista t谷cnico-econ車mico para la cicatrizaci車n de las 迆lceras p谷pticas y la erradicaci車n del agente causante, el Helicobacter pylori. Como resultado se obtiene un esquema quimioterap谷utico combinado para diferentes ciclos de tiempos en los tratamientos antiulcerosos (ranitidina-omeprazol), que incrementa la efectividad y disminuye los costos de los medicamentos para el sistema nacional de salud. A comparative economic evaluation of the costs of chemotherapeutic treatments of 3 anti-ulcer schemes (ranitidine, omeprazol and cimetidine), as well as the cost-effectiveness analysis were made to determine the most convenient drug combination for the cicatrization of peptic ulcer and for the erradication of its causal agent, Helicobacter pylori, from the economic and technical point of view. As a result, it was obtained a combined chemotherapeutic scheme for different cycles of time in the anti-ulcer treatments (ranitidine-omeprazol) that increases the effectiveness and reduces the costs of drugs for the national health system.
