%X Se estudi車 la aplicaci車n de la etapa de micronizaci車n con fines farmac谷uticos en principios activos empleados para elaborar aerosoles e inyectables y excipientes comunes utilizados para la elaboraci車n de formas s車lidas, mediante el empleo de molinos micronizadores por chorro de aire. Como identificaci車n se determin車 por medio de la microscopia 車ptica el tama o de las part赤culas y se compar車 con los l赤mites reportados por los clientes; y como control de proceso y calidad del producto final se determin車 cuantitativamente el tama o de part赤cula del producto micronizado, por el m谷todo de difractometr赤a l芍ser. Se obtuvieron resultados satisfactorios en cada caso. The application of the micronization stage with pharmaceutical ends in active principles used to make aerosols and injections and commom excipients used for making solid forms by utilizing air-blast micronizing mills was studied. The size of the particles was determined by means of optical microscopy as identification and it was compared with the limits reported by the clients; whereas the size of the particle of the micronized product was quantitatively determined by laser diffractometry as control of the process and quality of the final product. Satisfactory results were obtained in each case.
