Para la extracci車n y purificaci車n de dichos metabolitos se utilizaron solventes org芍nicos y m谷todos cromatogr芍ficos de separaci車n por columna y placa. Mediante m谷todos espectrosc車picos de UV, IR, Masa y RMN 1H y 13C, as赤 como por la medici車n de sus constantes f赤sicas, se caracterizaron 4 de los 6 alcaloides aislados, de ellos 3 morfinandienonas: ocobotrina, sinoacutina y 8,14 dihidrosalutaridina y una aporfina: isoboldina. The study of the content of alkaloids in the leaves and stems of the Croton micradenus Urb Cuban endemic species, which is potentially medicinal, was conducted.
