%X Se presenta una revisi車n sobre algunas consideraciones inmunol車gicas relacionadas con el rechazo en el trasplante de c車rnea, proceder de la trasplantolog赤a de alta efectividad y uno de los que m芍s se ha utilizado en la 迆ltima d谷cada. Se describen los resultados obtenidos por diferentes autores, los principales elementos y factores inmunol車gicos involucrados en el rechazo del trasplante corneal, las caracter赤sticas propias y los privilegios que tiene la c車rnea para su profilaxis. Present paper is a review on some immunological considerations related to the rejection of corneal transplantation, the procedure of high effectiveness transplantation science and one of the more used in past decade. The results obtained by different authors are described, the main elements and immunologic factors involved in the rejection of corneal transplantation, the own features, and the privilege of cornea for its prophylaxis.
