%X En su primera parte, el ensayo hist車rico a continuaci車n especula sobre el papel de las leyes mineras durante el primer ciclo del cobre (1865-1880), usando como base la historia de la propiedad minera en Chuquicamata. En su segunda parte, este ensayo analiza la jornada hist車rica seguida por el proyecto minero desde la explotaci車n de las minas por las compa 赤as privadas hasta la incorporaci車n de la Chile Exploration Company, en 1912, cuyos estatutos de fundaci車n contin迆an sin publicarse y est芍n impresos al t谷rmino de nuestro trabajo. In its first part, the historic essay below elaborates upon the role of the mining laws during the first copper cycle (1865-1880), using as a basis the history of the mining property in Chuquicamata. In its second part, this essay analizes the historic journey followed by the mining project since the exploiting of the mines by private companies until the incorporation of the Chile Exploration Company, in 1912, whose statutes of incorporation remain unpublished and are printed at the end of our work.
