%X Se realiza una revisi車n bibliogr芍fica sobre la literatura de los 迆ltimos 10 a os, de investigaciones experimentales y cl赤nicas sobre los efectos biol車gicos de la radiaci車n l芍ser de baja potencia en la reparaci車n h赤stica. Los posibles mecanismos de acci車n al nivel celular, en la producci車n de sustancia col芍gena, sobre las fibras col芍genas, el芍sticas y vasos sangu赤neos, su acci車n sobre la regeneraci車n de fibras nerviosas y la cicatrizaci車n de tejido 車seo. A review of the literature from the last 10 years is made taking into account the experimental and clinical investigations carried out about biologic effects of low intensity laser irradiation on tissue repair, as well as the possible mechanisms of action at cellular level in the production of collagen, the effect on collagen and elastic fibers, and blood vessels, its action on the regeneration of nerve fibers and the healing of bone tissue.
