Os brotos foram oriundos de minicepas (clones BP101, BP118 e BP120) fertirrigadas com solu es nutritivas variando nas concentra es de Zn e B (S1 每 isento de Zn e B, S2 每 0,5 mg L-1 de Zn, S3 每 0,5 mg L-1 de B, S4 每 0,5 mg L-1 de Zn e B, S5 每 1,0 mg L-1 de Zn e B, S6 每 2,0 mg L-1 de Zn e B), sendo realizadas oito coletas de brotos no minijardim clonal. Ao longo do experimento foram avaliadas a sobreviv那ncia das minicepas, a produ o de miniestaca, n迆mero de folhas, n迆mero de n車s, comprimento de brotos, intervalo de entren車s e apar那ncia visual das minicepas, visando identificar sintomas de defici那ncia ou toxidez nutricional. A sobreviv那ncia das minicepas, produ o de miniestacas, n迆mero de folhas, n迆mero de n車s, comprimento de brotos e intervalo de entren車s variaram significativamente em rela o aos tratamentos avaliados, sendo que as solu es S5 e S6 apresentaram as melhores respostas. doi: 10.4336/2012.pfb.32.70.35 The aim of this study was to evaluate the mini-stumps survival and the mini-cuttings production of Eucalyptus benthamii regarding to Zn and B concentrations during successive collection of shoots. Shoots were collected from mini-stumps (BP101, BP118 and BP120 clones) fertigated with nutrient solutions containing different concentrations of Zn and B (S1 每 free of Zn and B, S2 每 0.5 mg L-1 Zn, S3 每 0.5 mg L-1 B, S4 每 0.5 mg L-1 Zn and B, S5 每 1.0 mg L-1 Zn and B, S6 每 2.0 mg L-1 Zn and B). Eight shoot collections of the clonal mini-garden were performed. The mini-stumps survival, mini-cuttings production, leaves number, nodes number, shoots length, internodes interval and visual appearance of mini-stumps to identify symptoms of nutritional deficiency or toxicity were evaluated.
