%X Se realiz車 un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo y transversal del personal que llev車 a cabo el proceso de atenci車n de enfermer赤a en el 芍rea de salud del policl赤nico comunitario ?Alberto Fern芍ndez Montes de Oca? del municipio San Luis, durante el per赤odo octubre-diciembre de 1996, con el objetivo de evaluar su aplicaci車n en el nivel primario de atenci車n. Para ello se tom車 como muestra a 14 de las 28 enfermeras que laboran en los consultorios m谷dicos de familia; la informaci車n primaria se obtuvo de la entrevista realizada a cada una y de las revisiones que se hicieron a las historias cl赤nicas individuales y a la ficha de registro familiar; estos datos fueron plasmados en una planilla de encuesta que contemplaba las variables de inter谷s. Se encontr車 que todo el personal aplic車 proceso de atenci車n de enfermer赤a a ingresos domiciliarios y familias disfuncionales, con predominio en los menores de 15 a os; hubo una buena calidad en la elaboraci車n de diagn車sticos, expectativas y acciones de enfermer赤a en la mayor赤a de los casos, los cuales tuvieron una evaluaci車n t谷cnico-profesional satisfactoria. A descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional study of the staff that carried out the nursing care process in the health area of that carried out the nursing care process in the health area of "Alberto Fern芍ndez Montes de Oca" community polyclinic of San Luis municipality was conducted during the periodo October-December of 1996, with the objective of evaluating its application in the primary level of care. To this end, 14 of the 28 nurses working in the family physician offices were taken as a sample: the primary information was obtained from interview performed to each of them and from the reviews applied to the individual medical histories and to the file of familial register; these data were expressed in a survey form that comprised the variables of interest. It was found that all the staff applied nursing care process to house admissions and dysfunctional families, with prevalence in subjects under 15 years old; there was good quality in the preparation of the diagnoses, expectations and actions of nursing in ost of the cases, which had a satisfactory technical-professional evaluation.
