%X Se presenta un caso de bloqueo aur赤culo-ventricular cong谷nito diagnosticado prenatalmente en un feto de 30 semanas. Se produce el parto por v赤a transpelviana, eut車cico, obteni谷ndose reci谷n nacido vivo con peso, talla y apgar normales. Se revisa la etiopatogenia del BAVC en relaci車n con los da os autoinmunes al sistema fetal de conducci車n por anticuerpos IgG anti SSA/Ro y anti SSB/La derivados de madres que sufren enfermedades autoinmunes. Se discute el diagn車stico, cuadro cl赤nico, tratamiento y pron車stico del BAVC. Se exponen malformaciones menores presentes en nuestro caso, no reportadas anteriormente en relaci車n con el BAVC. The case of congenital auriculoventricular block (CAVB) prenatally diagnosed in a 30-week phetus is presented. An eutocic transpelvic birth occurred and the live newborn infant had normal weight, height and Apgar score. The etiopathogeny of the CAVB in relation to the autoimmune damages caused to the fetal system of conduction by the anti SSA/Ro and anti SSB/La IgG antibodies derived from mothers suffering from autoimmune diseases is reviewed. The diagnosis, clinical picture, treatment and prognosis of the CAVB are discussed. The minor malformations present in our case that were not previously reported in connection with the CAVB are dealt with.
