%X In the title molecule, C19H14O3S, the phenyl ring forms a dihedral angle of 69.13 (6)¡ã with the plane of the naphthofuran fragment, being slightly tilted towards it. The crystal packing exhibits ¦Ð¨C¦Ð interactions between the benzene rings from neighbouring molecules [centroid¨Ccentroid distance = 3.616 (4)  ] and weak C¡ªH...O and C¡ªH...¦Ð interactions.
