%X Neste texto discutimos alguns contornos das configura  es locais das representa  es e usos sociais da tecnologia de DNA na investiga  o criminal em Portugal. A abordagem da rede sociot¨¦cnica que alinha a ci¨ºncia forense com pol¨ªticas de governa  o estatal, as leis e as pr¨¢ticas de investiga  o criminal e os imagin¨¢rios culturais em torno do DNA e do trabalho de investiga  o criminal ¨¦ realizada a partir dos conceitos de biolegalidade e de imagin¨¢rio forense, por sua vez ancorados, respetivamente, nas no  es de biocidadania e de bioidentifica  o. Adotou se uma perspetiva te¨®rico metodol¨®gica de tipo interpretativo e qualitativo fundamentada em an¨¢lise de legisla  o e na compreens o de sentidos e significados atribu¨ªdos ¨¤ utiliza  o de tecnologia de DNA da parte de elementos da Pol¨ªcia Judici¨¢ria. O nosso objetivo ¨¦ discutir algumas modalidades de tens es locais criadas por processos de exporta  o da tecnologia de DNA, que t¨ºm a sua origem em sociedades e culturas com diferentes hist¨®rias de governa  o de tecnologia, de regula  o das pr¨¢ticas de investiga  o criminal e de produ  o de prova em tribunal. This text discusses some aspects of the local configurations of representations and social uses of DNA technology in criminal investigations in Portugal. The approach to the sociotechnical network which aligns forensic science with state governance policies, criminal investigation practices and laws, and the cultural imaginaries surrounding DNA and criminal investigation work is based on the concepts of biolegality and the forensic imaginary, which are, in turn, anchored in notions of biocitizenship and bioidentification, respectively. An interpretative and qualitative theoretical methodological perspective has been adopted, based on the analysis of legislation and of the meanings and relevance attributed to the use of DNA technology by elements of the Criminal Police. The objective is to discuss aspects of the local tensions created by processes involving the export of DNA technology, which has its origins in societies and cultures with different traditions of technology governance, of regulation of criminal investigation procedures and of submission of evidence in court. Dans ce texte, nous abordons quelques uns des contours des configurations locales des repr¨¦sentations et des usages sociaux de la technologie de l¡¯ADN dans l¡¯investigation criminelle au Portugal. L¡¯approche du r¨¦seau sociotechnique qui aligne la science forensique avec les politiques de gouvernance de l¡¯¨¦tat, les lois et les pratiques d¡¯investigation criminelle et les imaginaires culturels
