To do so, it focuses, as a proposal of study, on the issue of supply and access to this media and also its circulation process. Thus, it arises with two dimensions, shown as complementary ones, when it is referring to the reach on digital books: political-communicative and culturalcommunicative dimensions. The first refers to aspects related to institutions involved in the formation of the universe of the commons and in the circumscription of intellectual property.
