C¨ªLE: C¨ªlem pr¨¢ce bylo zjistit, jak¨¢ je ¨²rove¨¾ teoretickych v¨§domost¨ª o problematice zdrav¨ª a pohybov¨¦ aktivity (PA), zda se prok¨¢ e rozd¨ªl mezi chlapci a d¨ªvkami a do jak¨¦ m¨ªry existuje spojitost mezi v¨§domostmi a uskute n¨§nym mno stv¨ªm PA v r¨¢mci sou asnych kurikul u student prvn¨ªho ro n¨ªku st edn¨ªch kol. METODIKA: Vyzkumn¨¦ho et en¨ª se z¨² astnilo 33 chlapc a 42 d¨ªvek prvn¨ªho ro n¨ªku ze t ¨ª gymn¨¢zi¨ª a jedn¨¦ st edn¨ª odborn¨¦ koly. Tito studenti v ¨²vodu et en¨ª vyplnili v¨§domostn¨ª test (VT) k problematice zdrav¨ª a PA a dotazn¨ªk ANEWS (Abbreviated Neighborhood Environment Walkability Scale). Pot¨¦ po cely m¨§s¨ªc monitorovali krokom¨§rem Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 mno stv¨ª denn¨ªch krok , kter¨¦ zapisovali do bro ury. Na z¨¢v¨§r, po tydenn¨ª pauze od monitorov¨¢n¨ª, studenti op¨§t vyplnili v¨§domostn¨ª test a dotazn¨ªk IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire) ¨C dlouhou verzi. P i podrobn¨¦ analyze vztahu mezi v¨§domostmi a PA jsme se zam¨§ ili tak¨¦ na PA r zn¨¦ intenzity a typu. VYSLEDKY: Zjistili jsme, e d¨ªvky maj¨ª v¨§t ¨ª znalosti o problematice PA ne chlapci ve v ech sledovanych dimenz¨ªch, a to jak v pre-testu (18,26 vs. 16,55 bod ), tak i v post-testu (18,57 vs. 16,76 bod ). Korela n¨ª koeficient u chlapc mezi celkovou PA a VT byl rP = - 0,505 (p<0,01), u d¨ªvek byl rP = - 0,404 (p<0,01), co nazna uje, e v¨§domosti o PA u t¨¦to v¨§kov¨¦ kategorie jsou na ¨²kor skute n¨§ realizovan¨¦ PA. Z¨¢V¨§RY: Byla zji t¨§na spojitost mezi v¨§domostmi o PA a skute n¨§ realizovanou PA u chlapc i u d¨ªvek a pomoc¨ª korelac¨ª byl v t¨¦to souvislosti prok¨¢z¨¢n statisticky vyznamny negativn¨ª vztah. D¨ªvky prvn¨ªho ro n¨ªku ty st edn¨ªch kol maj¨ª lep ¨ª vysledky ve VT ne chlapci. Z vysledk vyplyv¨¢ nutnost prov¨¦st podobn¨¦ et en¨ª i u dal ¨ªch v¨§kovych skupin. [BACKGROUND: School education programs and changes in teaching at schools offer the possibility to emphasize the topic of healthy lifestyle in human life with the impact on health, nutrition, and physical activity. OBJECTIVE: The main aim of this study was to find out the level of theoretical knowledge about health and physical activity (PA), the difference between genders and whether an association exists between knowledge and performed PA within contemporary curricula in first grade high school students.
