%T The search method of the resonant levels applied to multi-band modeling of heterostructures

%X It is proposed the method of calculation of resonant energy levels at heterostructures allowed taking into account all the valleys within simple engineering calculation. The method was approved withto AlAs/GaAs resonant-tunneling diode. The results of a given work agree with data obtained by means of WinGreen simulation package for modeling of transverse transport.
