%X Introducci¨®n: En los ¨²ltimos diez a os se han venido desarrollando los registros de ECA. Objetivo: Revisar y comentar la importancia de los registros de ECA. Desarrollo: se hace un recuento hist¨®rico de estas plataformas, sus ventajas para la comunidad cient¨ªfica y su importancia para el desarrollo de la ciencia. Introduction: Registries of clinical trials has progressed during the last 10 years, and their registration has become mandatory. Objective: Analyze and state the importance of the registration of clinical trials. Development: A historical review details the platforms and their advantages for the scientific community, as well as their contribution to medical development.
