%X El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en proponer una metodolog赤a que permita determinar el nivel de competitividad de la pyme, identificando por 芍reas el nivel en que se encuentra la misma, considerando criterios tanto internos como externos. El m谷todo seguido consisti車 en la revisi車n de la literatura acerca de la competitividad empresarial, as赤 como de los estudios emp赤ricos que han intentado medirla, con el fin de identificar los indicadores que se utilizar赤an en la metodolog赤a propuesta. El resultado de este trabajo permite contar con una metodolog赤a de f芍cil aplicaci車n basada en el mapa de Competitividad del BID, que incluye factores tales como: Planeaci車n estrat谷gica, producci車n y operaciones, calidad, comercializaci車n, contabilidad y finanzas, recursos humanos, gesti車n ambiental y sistemas de informaci車n, y complementada con indicadores externos basados en el enfoque de competitividad sist谷mica. The aim of this paper is to propose a methodology to determine the level of competitiveness of SMEs by identifying areas where the level is the same, considering both internal and external criteria. The method followed in the review of the literature on business competitiveness as well as empirical studies have attempted to measure the same, in order to identify the indicators to be used in the proposed methodology. The result of this work, allows for easy implementation methodology based on the MAP of Competitiveness IDB includes factors such as strategic planning, production and operations, quality, marketing, accounting and finance, human resources, management and environmental information systems, and supplemented with external indicators based on the systemic competitiveness approach.
