%X Training of school managers is undergoing a major transformation of the last decade, the importance and function. Social changes, changes in school system reform transferring schools in need of educated and competent staff, managers. Managers are the most important school articles and their performance directly affects its results. Grant identifies societal changes that lead to changes in requirements for the competence of school managers and shows the evolution of views on the competence of school managers.
