%X The state must play an important role in social and economic conditions of student life. Social Security student must meet the basic objective and thereby achieve higher education for people from any social background, although the applicant for study at the college has limited financial capabilities. This will be the condition of equal access and social justice for all segments of the population. Of state resources as financial assistance, whether in the form of grants, scholarships or loans. University students from socially disadvantaged families provided by the State to receive social grants. Students with excellent academic results may be awarded incentives (merit) scholarship. Other scholarships (public and private) - Scholarship MR Stefanik, National Scholarship Program, scholarships for Slovaks living abroad and foreigners, foreign scholarships for outstanding students (Fulbright, Soros scholarship). Interest from commercial banks to credit students are high. These clients have their own income, are considered a risky clients, but at other times to look at students as customers and therefore changes. Although it appeared on the market the first products, a greater expansion of loan products for students can support the right time payment of higher education. Banks are thus likely to be given the demand they find a way to loan product for this segment of people to prepare. Soci¨˘lne zabezpe enie  tudentov mus¨Ş sp ¨ľa  z¨˘kladny cie  a tym je dosiahnutie vysoko kolsk¨¦ho vzdelania pre  loveka z ak¨¦hoko vek soci¨˘lneho prostredia, aj ke  tento uch¨˘dza  o  t¨˛dium na vysokej  kole m¨˘ limitovan¨¦ finan n¨¦ mo nosti. Tymto bude splnen¨˘ podmienka rovn¨¦ho pr¨Şstupu a soci¨˘lnej spravodlivosti pre v etky vrstvy obyvate stva.Zvy ovanie po tu vysoko kolsky vzdelanej popul¨˘cie si vy aduje zvy enie kapacity vysokych  k l oproti dne n¨¦mu stavu a vy  ¨Ş objem vynakladanych financi¨Ş na jedn¨¦ho  tudenta. Potreba zvy ovania kapacity je v obmedzenej miere motivovan¨˘ rastom z¨˘ujmu o  t¨˛dium, najm  v ak potrebou poskytova  plnohodnotn¨¦ vzdel¨˘vanie vo v etkych form¨˘ch  t¨˛dia. Kapacitu vysokych  k l tu teda ch¨˘peme nie ako fyzicky po et  tudentov v terci¨˘rnom  t¨˛diu, ale ako schopnos  vysokych  k l poskytn¨˛  vzdelanie na istej ¨˛rovni kvality  tudentom v dennom  t¨˛diu alebo externym  tudentom prepo ¨Ştanym na zodpovedaj¨˛ci ekvivalent dennych  tudentov.
