One way how to improve the value of human labor force is to improve the quality of the educational system. This is the reason why European Union offers various possibilities for schools to get some additional funds sources. It is being done via operational programs and projects. Now days investments in human capital are seen as the main part of economical and social status development. The type of education determines the employee* s position on market of labor force on which directly depends his/hers income and the quality of life. Accordingto take advantage of EU funds it is necessary to support education of economical employees of schools in the ways how to plan and organize the projects.Vzdelanie je v Eur¨®pskej ¨˛nii vysoko cenen¨¦ ako jeden z hlavnych faktorov napredovania a ¨˛spechu.
