Nowadays it can survi-ve only on lower levels of education. Encyclopedic knowledge, which we are proud of in these days, evokes the illusion of our good school", but it has no future perspective. This form of a present-day school will be substituted (rep-laced) by modern information technology and the Internet. But it is the total development of human being which has the future perspective. And this gap existing in pedagogic disciplines is being filled in by 820 NON-TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES OF SELF-IMPROVEMENT - ATP (STP) - SELF-TRANSFORMATION PEDAGOGY, pedagogy of changes - pedagogy of oneself. It is a pedagogic discipline for the third millennium. It is an open system of developing, self-knowing activities. STP offers new al-ternative self - improvement and attest possibilities. In fact, they are elite projects aimed at a top quality of a personality of ones own, and at the qua-lity of life, no matter who it concerns: a teacher, manager, social worker, or any other human being, who is willing to work on his own personality very hard and for a long time in order to improve the personality of ones own, his/her existence and consciousness in the whole width and depth. STP - it is directly aimed programmes of the development of virtual potential of human abilities which were dreaming in him/her.
