%X Author focuses in the contribution on the conceptual background and development of methodology with the aim on international research to assess the quality of teaching the technical education at lower secondary level of education in the Slovak Republic and in the Flemish community of Belgium in relation to the references of the European Union. With this in mind defines the range of factors that significantly affect, respectively makes the quality of the teaching process. Author takes an attention also to the development of a questionnaire used as a tool for collecting research data and showing the results of the reliability/item analysis, which was tested a quality of research tool with. Determination of the research sample is included in the chapter for further action research investigation. Finally, the author assesses in the contribution the relevant factors in relation to their impact on the quality of technical education in the Slovak Republic.Autorka sa v pr¨Şspevku zameriava na koncep n¨¦ vychodisk¨˘ a vyvoj metodiky v r¨˘mci pr¨Şpravy medzin¨˘rodn¨¦ho vyskumu zameran¨¦ho na hodnotenie kvality vyu ovania predmetu technick¨˘ vychova na ni  om sekund¨˘rnom stupni vzdel¨˘vania v Slovenskej republike a vo vo fl¨˘mskej komunite Belgicka vo vz ahu k odpor¨˛ aniam Eur¨®pskej ¨˛nie. V tychto intenci¨˘ch vymedzuje okruh faktorov, ktor¨¦ vyznamnou mierou ovplyv¨ľuj¨˛, resp. podmie¨ľuj¨˛ kvalitu vyu ovacieho procesu. Pozornos  venuje i vyvoju dotazn¨Şka pou it¨¦ho ako n¨˘stroj zberu vyskumnych ¨˛dajov, pri om uv¨˘dza vysledky analyzy spo ahlivosti polo iek, prostredn¨Şctvom ktorej bola overovan¨˘ kvalita vyskumn¨¦ho n¨˘stroja. Stanovenie vyskumnej vzorky bolo s¨˛ as ou kapitoly  al ieho postupu vyskumn¨¦ho zis ovania. Z¨˘verom pr¨Şspevku autorka posudzuje relevantn¨¦ faktory v s¨˛vislosti s ich vplyvom na kvalitu technick¨¦ho vzdel¨˘vania v Slovenskej republike.
