%X Next education for school leaders is a necessity and we need a tool, which can accelerate the educational process for educational managers, make it more effective, interesting and accessible. It is necessary to set the mix (blend) between a personal approach of managers using ICT possibilities and each participants' activities and thus to use what is positive in all mentioned aspects. Using  Blended learning" can be the right way. It will obviously depend on the environment (using of new technologies) in which a manager is, no less important is a  human element", the aim is the high  effectiveness".Dal ¨ª vzd¨§l¨¢v¨¢n¨ª mana er   kol je nezbytn¨¦. Pot ebujeme n¨¢stroj, ktery m  e vzd¨§l¨¢vac¨ª proces mana er  zrychlit, zefektivnit, u init jej zaj¨ªmavym, zp ¨ªstupnit jej. Je v ak nutno nastavit pom¨§r, mix mezi jejich osobn¨ªm p ¨ªstupem, vyu it¨ªm mo nost¨ª ICT a samostatnou prac¨ª ka d¨¦ho ¨² astn¨ªka. T¨ªm vyu ¨ªt pozitiv v ech zm¨ªn¨§nych p ¨ªstup .
