%X The paper presents innovation of two subjects. F2F teaching and learning process is changed in the form blended learning. Innovation uses ICT and is focused on teaching and learning at university with the use of element of adult education (lifelong learning and corporate training). The main purpose is, and assessing the effectiveness of the educational process from the perspective of student, teacher and organization.P ¨Şsp¨§vek prezentuje dva p ¨Şklady inovace p edm¨§t  p vodn¨§ jen prezen n¨Ş vyuky do formy bleneded learning. Inovace vyu ¨Şv¨˘ jednak ICT, ale z¨˘rove¨ľ se orientuje na vzd¨§l¨˘v¨˘n¨Ş student  na univerzit¨§ s vyu ¨Şv¨˘n¨Şm prvk  vzd¨§l¨˘v¨˘n¨Ş dosp¨§lych (celo ivotn¨Ş vzd¨§l¨˘v¨˘n¨Ş i podnikov¨¦ vzd¨§l¨˘v¨˘n¨Ş). Hlavn¨Şm ¨˛ elem je efektivita a posuzov¨˘n¨Ş vzd¨§l¨˘vac¨Şho procesu z pohledu studenta, u itele i organizace.
