Its introduction strengthens independence and accountability of schools, stressing in particular the quality of schools, meaning its self-evaluation and evaluation to determine, as it meets the learning goals formulated in the school education program. Each school should develop its own specific internal control system and evaluation ofthe school, which has three lines. One is a system of internal control and evaluation of school quality (open self-assessment), the second is a system of monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes of children and pupils, and a third line is the development of evaluation system of teaching staff. In this study, we will give first priority of the indicated lines and with particular regard to kindergartens.Vytvorenie vlastn¨¦ho kolsk¨¦ho vzdel¨˘vacieho programu by malo by predpokladom pre ¨˛spe n¨˛ eduka n¨˛ innos u ite ov koly a riadiacu innos mana mentu koly. Jeho zaveden¨Şm sa posil¨ľuje samostatnos a zodpovednos k l, akcentuje sa najm kvalita koly, vyznam jej autoevalv¨˘cie (sebahodnotenia) a eval-v¨˘cie (hodnotenia) s cie om zisti , nako ko sa nap ¨ľaj¨˛ vzdel¨˘vacie z¨˘mery naformulovan¨¦ v kolskom vzdel¨˘vacom programe. Ka d¨˘ kola by mala vypracova svoj vlastny, pecificky vn¨˛torny syst¨¦m kontroly a hodnotenia koly, ktory m¨˘ tri l¨Şnie. Jednou je vytvorenie syst¨¦mu vn¨˛tornej kontroly a hodnotenia kvality koly (otvoren¨¦ sebahodnotenie), druhou je vytvorenie syst¨¦mu kontroly a hodnotenia u ebnych vysledkov det¨Ş a iakov, tre ou l¨Şniou je vypracovanie syst¨¦mu hodnotenia pedagogickych zamestnancov.
