%X In this paper, we study CR-lighlike submanifolds of an indefinite Kaehler manifold. Integrability of distributions on CR-lightlike submanifold investigated. We give some necessary and sufficient conditions on integrability of distibutions on CR-lightlike submanifolds in an indefinite Kaehler manifolds.
