%X Resumen: En 1947 se pusieron las bases de lo que llegar赤a a ser la Uni車n Europea, a modo de organizaci車n comercial para sectores concretos, complejo que ir赤a creciendo, ampli芍ndose los fines y la organizaci車n, a la par que se fraguaba un complejo ordenamiento jur赤dico. Se hizo necesario alcanzar una declaraci車n de derechos que incluyera los modernos derechos sociales. En el trabajo se estudia la compleja historia de la obtenci車n de la declaraci車n, la ※Carta de Derechos Fundamentales de la Uni車n Europea§, que, al fin, entrar赤a en vigor el 1.XII.2009, a la par que el 迆ltimo de los Tratados de la Uni車n, el Tratado de Lisboa.Abstract: The European Union was founded in 1947 as a concrete trade organization but it started to grown. The aims and the organization had increased and in the meantime a complex law system was set up. It was convenient to get a solid bill of rights including the modern social rights. The paper studies the complicate story of how to obtain the bill of rights 每the ※Carta of Fundamentals Rights of the European Union§- which formally came into effect the 1.XII.2099 at the same time that the last Treaty of the Union, the Treaty of Lison.
